Report a problem
Pickscaster hosts independent handicappers on their own subdomains of this site. The person who publishes a storefront writes everything on it. If something on one of them is wrong — impersonation, someone else’s copyrighted material, a trademark problem, a threat, a scam — this page is how you tell us.
Where to write
A person reads this address. There is no form and no ticket number — at our size a queue would be theatre, and email is the thing that actually gets answered.
What to include
We can act faster on a report we do not have to reconstruct:
- The full address of the page — the whole something.pickscaster.com URL, not just the name.
- What specifically is wrong, quoted or screenshotted.
- Who you are and what your relationship to it is — the rights holder, the person being impersonated, a customer, a bystander.
- For a copyright or trademark claim: what you own and how we can verify it.
What happens next
We can suspend a storefront. A suspended storefront is not visible to anyone, cannot take new subscriptions, stops sending notifications, and is removed from search. The publisher is told it has happened and can reply to this same address. Suspensions are reversible and are recorded — who did it, when, and why.
There are things we cannot do, and it is better that you hear them here. Subscriptions are billed by the publisher on their own Stripe account, not by us: we are not the merchant, and we cannot cancel or refund a subscription on someone’s behalf. If you are subscribed to a storefront and want out, cancel it from your account on that storefront, or from the receipt Stripe emailed you.
This page describes how we operate today. Our formal terms, acceptable-use policy and copyright process — including a designated agent — are being prepared with counsel and will be published here. Nothing on this page is legal advice or a waiver of anyone’s rights.
